FAQ


1. Q: Do your buildings have parking? A: Most of our buildings have off-street parking available, please contact the on-site manager for parking information.

2. Q: Who should I contact about maintenance requests or other building issues?  A: Each building has an on-site resident manager to ensure that cleanliness, maintenance, and other issues are given prompt attention.  In addition, Shoreline has a 24-hour emergency maintenance staff and will respond to non-emergency maintenance requests within 24-48 hours. 

3. Q: Do you allow pets?  A: The majority of Shoreline buildings allow up to two cats (some buildings also allow small dogs) per apartment for a small fee. 

4. Q: What Utilities are included in the rent?  A: Heat and water are included in the majority of our buildings.
